On Thursday 13 March Students from Newall Green High School took part in the BBC School News Report.  They visited the CLC on a number of occasions in the build up to the main event.  The main report was based on the Fairtrade Industry.  4 of the Girls had interviewed Douglas Alexander, the Secretary of State and International Development at the Co-Op in Manchester.  On the day students wrote and delivered local news stories and uploaded it to the website clcdisk.org/newallgreennews.  You can have a look at the girls efforts by clicking on the link.  All in all everybody thoroughly enjoyed the day and we look forward to doing it all again next year.  Any other schools who would like part should go to the BBC School at http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/school_report/default.stm.
